We are actively recruiting talented Clinical Support Specialists to join our team of energetic, compassionate professionals. We are seeking someone with a passion for customer service in a fast-paced environment that will help improve the lives of our nursing staff through scheduling and order fulfillment related tasks. The Clinical Support Specialist will provide direct support to the front-line staff fielding calls by processing requests in a work queue that includes scheduling and order fulfillment. The role reports to the Director of Call Center Operations. This is a full-time, hourly remote position. IntellaTriage’s mission is to act as an extension of each client by using a tailored approach to deliver compassionate, around-the-clock care through the clinical expertise of our virtual Registered Nurses. Bottom line – we want to ensure our providers’ patients can receive the care they need any time, any place. IntellaTriage acts as a triple threat after-hours by ensuring all stakeholders benefit. We provide our customer’s patients with the comforting and medically appropriate guidance they need during the most trying times. We help our customer’s nurses reduce their workload and improve overall job satisfaction by reducing burnout. We improve our customer’s bottom line by reducing overall cost to deliver after-hours care.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires a minimum of 1-year experience in an administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft business applications.
  • High speed internet.
  • Tech savvy.
  • Keyboard competence.

Responsibilities

  • Timely processing of a work queue that includes scheduling and order fulfillment.
  • Schedule/Assign nursing visits for our customers within the customer’s EMR system.
  • Monitor announcements for changes to our customers’ On-Call Schedules and update the system and team accordingly.
  • Enter orders for Durable Medical Equipment into the appropriate systems as designated by the customer.
  • Process medication refill requests through our customers’ pharmacy.
  • Complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
