About The Position
St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Clinical Support MA/LPN Phone Operator for the HIMG - Communications Dept. to answer incoming calls from patients. Respond to inquiries, scheduled appointments, manage complaints, troubleshoot patient issues, and provide general information.
Requirements
- Active Medical Assistant certification or active WV LPN License.
- Ability to type and use a computer.
- Pleasant personality for meeting the public in all situations with tact and poise.
Nice To Haves
- Some experience in a medical department or hospital preferred.
