Clinical Support Associate- 24 hours/Eves-Medical/Telemetry Unit-Hooker 1
About The Position
The Clinical Support Associate performs various general clerical, communicative and support services tasks to Nursing, Medical, and other staff members on the nursing unit. Gaylord nursing units offer a variety of skills such as: Milne Units: Step down/progressive care unit of level of care includes: Continuous telemetry monitoring, Ventilator support and weaning, LVAD patient population, Heart Transplant population. Lyman 1 & Hooker 1: Medical Units offer skills such as: Stroke, Complex wounds, Telemetry, Pulmonary care. Lyman 2 & Hooker 2: Specialty Units are CARF Accredited with a focused patient population: Traumatic Brain Injury, Stroke, Spinal cord Injury.
Requirements
- H.S Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
- 1-2 years of related/clerical experience required
- Familiarity with medical terminology required
