About The Position

This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys specialty care, patient interaction, and variety in their week. You’ll support Neurology patients while working closely with providers and the broader clinical team. This is a specialty clinic role focused on Neurology care, offering exposure to patients with brain, spine, and nervous system needs. There is variety between the Sussex and Waukesha clinic locations, and a consistent weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays. You will work in a collaborative, team-based care environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical Assistant, LPN, or EMT education
• Current applicable credential, certification, registration, or licensure
• Active AHA BLS certification, or ability to obtain
• Strong communication skills and interest in specialty care

Responsibilities

• Room patients and support clinic visits
• Obtain vitals, review medications, and document in Epic
• Assist with patient education and follow-up needs
• Support efficient clinic flow and patient experience
• Travel between PHMG Sussex and WMH clinic locations
