About The Position
Come join our Saint Luke's Overland Park Primary Care team as a Clinical Supervisor! M-F daytime hours! No Nights or Weekends! Excellent opportunity to work with an expanding team that is focused on providing the best care to patients! Supervising around 36-40 RNs. We have a team based approach to support Patient Centered Medical Home.
Requirements
- 2 years of previous employee management experience
- Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross
- Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
- Associate Degree - Nursing
Nice To Haves
- 2 years clinical experience
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Responsibilities
- Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.
- Supervise assigned clinical departments and staff including Medical Assistants, Triage Nurses, Lab, and Radiology within the clinic.
- Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies, QA regulatory compliance, OSHA, maintenance of clinical equipment, and regular staff meetings.
- Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline, and staff evaluations.
- Assist clinical staff and fill-in when needed.
- Overall responsible for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.
