The Clinical Supervisor will oversee the delivery of evidence-based behavioral and mental health interventions by a team of mental health staff. This role involves providing clinical supervision, consultation, and training to ensure culturally responsive and trauma-informed services. The supervisor will manage programs in compliance with mental health regulations, develop quality assurance processes, and monitor staff productivity. Additionally, the role includes developing relationships with funders and stakeholders, assisting in program development, reviewing referrals, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring clients receive appropriate treatment and that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Direct client services, including individual, group, and family therapy, are also part of the role, as is participation in staff and CFT meetings. The position requires maintaining clinical records according to professional standards and being available for after-hours crisis contact.
