Requirements

• Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs, or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
• Must meet the specified certification criteria to be considered.

• Experience with a manageable caseload.
• Familiarity with tools for treatment planning and client transition from ABA.
• Willingness to collaborate with industry leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans based on client needs, not cookie-cutter templates.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to clients.
• Utilize tools for treatment planning, including determining recommended hours and client transition from ABA.
• Troubleshoot and support client cases with experienced clinicians, including Clinical Directors and clinical committees.
• Engage in opportunities for research and collaboration with industry leaders.
