This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Requirements

Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
Must pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited to, criminal history and driving record. The background check will be conducted in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and other applicable laws. Consent will be obtained prior to conducting the check.

Nice To Haves

BCBAs with 2+ years of experience (for Senior Clinical Supervisor role).

Design treatment plans based on client needs — not cookie-cutter templates — and use the full range of your expertise and tools.
Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees.
Participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB.
Presenting 50+ times at national/international conferences in 2024 alone, and contributing 20+ publications in peer-reviewed journals like the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis in Practice (2023–2024).
