This role is open only to certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program. Requirements
- Certified BCBAs, BCaBAs or RBTs currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
- Full compliance with BACB, state, and payer guidelines.
- Prioritize meaningful supervision and family guidance over excessive direct service hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead with integrity and deliver high-quality care.
- Design treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate through compassion-focused clinical committees.
- Participate in cutting-edge research through SprigLAB.
- Advance careers in both clinical and operational paths.
