About The Position

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our innovative Crisis Receiving Center (CRC) — a first-of-its-kind model providing rapid response, short-term stabilization, and coordinated follow-up for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This is a full-time, first-shift leadership role responsible for guiding clinical staff, ensuring quality care delivery, and helping shape one of the region’s most forward-thinking crisis programs. About the Crisis Receiving Center   The Hamilton County Crisis Receiving Center is a unique and innovative alternative to emergency rooms or incarceration for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Developed in partnership with local law enforcement and community providers, the CRC focuses on rapid intervention, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care in a safe, therapeutic environment. This role offers the opportunity to lead clinical practice within a program designed to transform how crisis care is delivered in our community. WHY WORK AT GCBHS? Requirements

  • Independent licensure in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent) required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
  • Strong crisis-management, leadership, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support program outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory or administrative experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CRC therapists, including weekly 1:1 supervision and coaching
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to determine level of care and coordinate ongoing services
  • Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Support discharge planning and act as liaison with community providers and partner agencies
  • Lead onboarding, orientation, and professional development of new clinical staff
  • Implement organizational policies and ensure accountability to CARF, ODMH, and other standards
  • Assist with departmental budgeting, planning, and program development
