Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our innovative Crisis Receiving Center (CRC) — a first-of-its-kind model providing rapid response, short-term stabilization, and coordinated follow-up for individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This is a full-time, first-shift leadership role responsible for guiding clinical staff, ensuring quality care delivery, and helping shape one of the region’s most forward-thinking crisis programs. About the Crisis Receiving Center The Hamilton County Crisis Receiving Center is a unique and innovative alternative to emergency rooms or incarceration for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Developed in partnership with local law enforcement and community providers, the CRC focuses on rapid intervention, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care in a safe, therapeutic environment.
