The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients/patients through providing clinical oversight to clients/patients and team members in a program by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client/patient care on a daily operational basis. This role involves establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other agencies, completing record reviews to ensure regulatory and accreditation standards are met, and facilitating clinical case staffing meetings. The Clinical Supervisor will also ensure transition planning for clients, inform leadership of client issues, and maintain required weekly contact hours through intakes, individual, family, and group therapy. They will provide oversight for service delivery, monitor progress notes, maintain file documentation, and develop programmatic schedules that respect client rights. Collaboration with outside agencies, adherence to program budgets, and development of fiscal projections are also key responsibilities. The role includes providing clinical direction and supervision to team members, ensuring staff training and development, and implementing policies and procedures. Crisis intervention, incident reporting, and participation in Quality Management initiatives are also part of the role. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee team approaches to communication and address program concerns, secure appropriate referrals, and oversee environmental conditions related to safety and cleanliness. Demonstrating interest in the company's long-term and short-term goals is expected, along with performing other duties as assigned.
