About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our mission of addressing the growing gap in mental healthcare. In this role, you will provide supervision and support to pre-licensed clinicians across multiple Ellie Mental Health clinics. Candidates must be qualified to supervise LSWs, LAMFTs and LPCs in New Jersey. Requirements

  • New Jersey LCSW Board Approved Supervisors Only
  • Qualified to supervise LAMFTs
  • Proven experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians in the state of New Jersey.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; experience with Valant is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in scheduling and record-keeping.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Qualified to supervise LSWs, LAMFTs and LPCs in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise pre-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to professional and ethical standards.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to clinicians to promote clinical excellence and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain high standards of care.
  • Monitor and document supervisee progress in alignment with organizational and state requirements.
