About The Position

Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Clinical Supervisor, where you will play a critical role in ensuring high‑quality care and effective program operations within Adult Housing services. In this role, you will provide clinical oversight, supervise team members, ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, and support the delivery of high‑quality, client‑centered care. You will collaborate with internal teams and community partners, monitor outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the program.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field from an accredited institution
  • Required professional experience in substance use disorder and/or behavioral health services (3+ years with Master’s or 4+ years with Bachelor’s)
  • Supervisory experience in substance use disorder or behavioral health services required
  • Must meet criteria as a Qualified Addiction Professional (QAP) as defined by the Missouri Credentialing Board or hold applicable licensure (Counselor, Psychologist, Physician, etc.)
  • Must meet qualifications as a Qualified Mental Health Professional under Missouri regulations
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and current auto insurance
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company‑owned vehicle
  • Must be at least 23 years of age to operate a company‑owned 15‑passenger van
  • Must obtain First Aid and CPR certification within three (3) months of employment and maintain upon renewal
  • Must complete required Behavioral Management training within 30 days or first available class
  • Ability to supervise, train, and mentor staff effectively
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, monitor outcomes, and implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in crisis situations

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members to ensure high‑quality service delivery
  • Facilitate weekly clinical staffings, case reviews, diagnostic meetings, and treatment planning discussions
  • Monitor service delivery to ensure clinical appropriateness, regulatory compliance, and alignment with treatment plans
  • Review documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, for quality and completeness
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly record reviews and follow up on deficiencies
  • Maintain required clinical contact hours, including intakes, individual, family, and group therapy
  • Develop and coordinate program schedules to meet client needs and ensure continuity of care
  • Coordinate and collaborate with community partners and outside agencies to enhance service delivery
  • Assist with program budgeting, utilization monitoring, and fiscal planning efforts
  • Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and approve time off requests while maintaining program operations
  • Provide supervision, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members
  • Support staff development through training, orientation, and professional growth opportunities
  • Monitor crisis situations and ensure proper incident response and reporting
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, data tracking, and program evaluation efforts
  • Promote effective communication across teams and address program concerns proactively
  • Represent the organization professionally in the community
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership
