About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states, known for its evidence-based clinical curriculum and individualized care. The company offers programs spanning detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. The Clinical Supervisor will support and assist the Clinical Director in all relevant duties, manage the daily execution of the clinical program, oversee client engagement and morale, facilitate groups occasionally, maintain a small client caseload, ensure compliance with client documentation, and provide Utilization Review support for authorization and retention throughout treatment. This full-time position is for the Detox and Residential facility in South Bend, IN.

Requirements

Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles

Nice To Haves

3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred

Responsibilities

Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties

Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
