Clinical Supervisor - LCSW, LCAC
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states, known for its evidence-based clinical curriculum and individualized care. The company offers programs including detox, residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient services. Avenues is currently hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor for their Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves supporting the Clinical Director in all relevant duties, managing the daily execution of the Avenues clinical program, overseeing client engagement and morale to maintain a warm and encouraging recovery environment, occasionally facilitating group sessions, and maintaining a small client caseload. The supervisor will also provide consistent compliance oversight for client documentation and offer Utilization Review support to ensure authorization and retention throughout treatment.
Requirements
- Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained recovery is required.
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
- 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
Responsibilities
