Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or similar degree
Must be independently licensed as an LMHC or LICSW
Minimum 3 years' post-licensed
Familiar with the provision of services via telehealth and management of a remote workforce
3 years post-license (Required)
LMHC or LICSW (Required)

Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical supervision to staff, interns, and clinicians, adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Maintain a small client caseload.
Support supervisees in meeting productivity requirements.
Monitor caseloads and related duties, coordinating staff activities to meet treatment plan goals for individuals and families.
Oversee clinical documentation to ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
Provide clinical coverage.
Collaborate on annual reviews of assigned clinicians.
Coordinate clinical presentations for staff meetings.
Attend Staff Meetings.
Attend Supervisors Meetings.
Maintain billable hours based on contract.
Perform other duties as assigned as the program evolves and needs change.
