The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical leadership and supervision for direct service staff, including case consultations, performance observations, clinical staffing, and ongoing professional development. This role involves conducting case file reviews, audits, and quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards. The supervisor will also review, approve, and sign clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, and other behavioral health records. Additionally, the position requires serving as a subject matter expert in co-occurring disorders and behavioral health treatment, providing crisis intervention consultation and guidance on complex clinical cases, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
