About The Position

Fidelity Partners is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to provide comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for justice-involved individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions. The role involves providing individual and group psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, and evidence-based behavioral health services to support patient rehabilitation and well-being. The psychologist will develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, documenting clinical findings and progress. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential for coordinating care and managing risk. This position requires specialized expertise in counseling and clinical psychology to address the unique behavioral health needs of justice-involved populations while maintaining compliance with ethical, legal, and institutional requirements.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology from a graduate program in psychology accredited by the APA Commission on Accreditation (APA-CoA).
• Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice clinical psychology or counseling psychology at the doctoral level in the District of Columbia, or a state, territory, or Commonwealth of the United States.
• At least five years of verifiable work experience within the last seven years as a licensed Psychologist specializing in counseling psychology or a licensed Clinical Psychologist, working with justice-involved populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning for justice-involved individuals with a wide range of mental health conditions.
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy, counseling, crisis intervention, and evidence-based behavioral health services to support patient rehabilitation and well-being.
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans, documenting clinical findings, progress notes, and recommendations in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare, correctional, and case management teams to coordinate care, manage risk, and support continuity of treatment.
• Apply specialized expertise in counseling and clinical psychology to address the unique behavioral health needs of justice-involved populations while maintaining compliance with ethical, legal, and institutional requirements.
