Responsibilities

• Design treatment plans based on client needs, not cookie-cutter templates.
• Provide accessible, judgment-free support to other clinicians.
• Troubleshoot and support clinician growth.
• Pursue your passion for helping kids.
• Manage a caseload.
• Provide minimum monthly billable services.
• Offer services to clients.
• Conduct research and collaborate with industry leaders.
