Requirements

Certified BCBA, BCaBA, or RBT currently pursuing BCBA certification in a graduate program.
Trust in clinical judgment.
Ability to design treatment plans based on client needs.
Willingness to utilize provided tools for treatment planning.
Ability to collaborate and seek support from experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities

Design treatment plans based on client needs, not cookie-cutter templates.
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs.
Manage a caseload with work-life balance in mind.
Utilize provided tools for treatment planning and client transition assessment.
Troubleshoot and support client cases with experienced clinicians.
Engage in opportunities for research and collaboration with industry leaders.
