About The Position

Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians (LPC or LCSW) in Texas to provide clinical supervision and telehealth sessions. This role involves supervising a minimum of six resident clinicians, providing weekly group and individual supervision, and maintaining a clinical caseload of at least 10 hours per week. The position requires oversight of documentation, coaching on professional and clinical development, and collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company with a nationwide hybrid care model, supporting clinicians with administrative tasks, community, and career stability.

Requirements

Must hold a full LPC license in good standing for 60 months, complete the 40 clock hour supervision training, and submit an application (for LPCs).
Must be actively licensed for two years, file the required application, complete the 40 clock hour supervision training, three hours of continuing education (for LCSWs).
Independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC and LCSW.
Consistently available to clients.
A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children.
Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress.
Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools.
A good teammate.
Must reside permanently within the state of TX.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

Provision of supervision to a minimum of six (6) resident clinicians.
Provision of weekly group supervision.
Provision of individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours.
Willing to maintain a clinical caseload of seeing clients with at least 10 hours of availability per week.
Willingness to provide documentation oversight.
Coaching on the professional and clinical development of the resident clinician.
Completion of weekly documentation as evidence of supervision sessions.
Completion of coaching documentation regarding any disciplinary or performance concerns.
Collaboration with the Regional Clinical Director regarding any performance issues.
