About The Position

Merakey is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to join their team in Lafayette, LA. This role is responsible for overseeing the clinical care and coordination of treatment for ACT/FACT/CTT programs. The position involves providing clinical supervision and oversight, conducting observations and detailed supervision of program operations, monitoring state and accreditation requirements, and documenting all activities. The Clinical Supervisor will also assist programs with audits, provide clinical consultation, act as backup to the Regional Director and for completing assessments, and assist with reviewing program procedures and manuals. Travel within the region is required, and other duties necessary for effective operation may be assigned.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• LPC or LCSW required
• Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles and recovery driven service system

• 2 years supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to ACT/FACT/CTT programs, to include on site supervision of program operation, monitoring, and review of program processes.
• Conduct observation and detailed supervision of program specific operations (e.g., monitoring and providing report on accreditation required process within program).
• Conduct quarterly on-site supervision tool for each program, to include monitoring of any state, program, or accreditation requirement.
• Provide clinical supervision and skill building to supervisory staff of behavioral health programs.
• Documentation of all monitoring and supervision, and ongoing review with Regional and Executive Directors.
• Assist programs with preparation of routine audits, both internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide clinical consultation to supervisory and/or program staff as needed with instruction from Executive Director.
• Assist as back up to Regional Director if program supervisory staff is scheduled off or if supervisory position is open.
• Assist as back up to complete assessments required for admission or authorization for all behavioral health programs.
• Assist with review and completion of behavioral health program procedures and standard operating process manuals.
• Travel to locations within the Region.
• Any other duties necessary for the effective operation of program locations.
