Wellmore, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (Team Leader) for its Per Diem Mobile Crisis Intervention Services (MCIS) program. MCIS provides home and community-based responses to children and youth experiencing a behavioral or psychiatric crisis. Services include evaluation and assessment, home & community-based services, outreach, case and care management, individual and family therapies, crisis intervention, record keeping, and collaboration with other professionals and community services. MCIS operates 24/7/365 and covers the greater Waterbury, Danbury, and Torrington regions. Staff may be asked to adjust schedules based on workflow. The Clinical Supervisor provides direct service and day-to-day management, including staff supervision and assistance with program development and implementation. This role oversees and monitors the clinical work of MCIS staff, manages case flow, handles crisis support and disposition, supervises staff, tracks data, ensures documentation, coordinates care, and collaborates with community partners. The supervisor works with the management team to ensure programmatic metrics and outcomes are met. Clinical Supervisors are assigned a primary shift but may cover other times and may conduct home visits, assessments, or crisis evaluations as needed. They are required to carry a company-provided smartphone and respond to calls for assistance in person or by phone.
