As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the clinical staff of Recover's substance use disorder (SUD) treatment programs. Your role will involve providing supervision to a team of clinicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to clients throughout their recovery. You will also collaborate with other organizational leaders to uphold program quality, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the well-being of both clients and staff.
