About The Position

As a Clinic Supervisor, you’ll supervise staff to include, recruitment, performance management, time clock and the running of daily huddles. You will monitor and suggest operational changes, have oversight of staff schedules and ensure coverage. You will be responsible for training of new staff and re-training of current staff. You will run reports and confer with management on results, monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching. You will organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. You will receive complaints and resolve problems, maintain timekeeping, and pass on information from management to employees and vice versa. You will ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions in conjunction with management if the need arises. You will be responsible for daily deposits and petty cash. You will participate in conferences and meetings, represent the clinic on organizational initiatives. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years Healthcare Experience
  • Proven experience as a leader
  • Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines for healthcare
  • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Ability to build trust with physicians and co-workers
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
