They are responsible for hiring, coaching, and terminating direct reporting staff, as well as coordinating on-call coverage and collaborating with management on process improvement. The position also involves conducting tracers/joint visits, ensuring accurate data collection (OASIS or Hospice Item Set), and working with operational staff to maintain patient and referral relationships. Additionally, the Clinical Supervisor establishes and maintains quality standards, develops collaborative relationships with customers and community organizations, and performs human resources responsibilities for their team, including performance reviews and recommendations for hiring and corrective actions. They are responsible for adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and laws.
