PurposeCare is seeking a qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Clinical Supervisor (RN) to assist in leading a team that cares for clients in their local area. This is an immediate opening for a leader who can provide leadership, direction, and support to a team caring for the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly to ensure they remain healthy and safe at home. Requirements
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
- Two years of management experience in a home health or related healthcare organization.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and oversees all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical organization personnel.
- Assures the quality and safe delivery of home health services provided through the organization.
- Provides help in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family/caregiver care to all clinical personnel as indicated.
