About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee all administrative and clinical operations for an Adult Outpatient Behavioral Health Program in the Taylor, MI area. In this role, you will lead daily program operations, support clinical staff, track program performance metrics, and ensure high-quality care delivery to adult clients managing mental health and substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling [Required].
• Active, fully independent Michigan State License — LMSW, LPC, or LLP [Required] (Limited/associate licenses cannot be accepted).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders [Required].
• Proven competency in crisis intervention, team leadership, and multi-disciplinary collaboration [Required].
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship [Required].

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Community Mental Health (CMH) setting and local community resources [Highly Preferred].

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily clinical and administrative functioning of the adult outpatient mental health program.
• Provide clinical oversight for individual, family, and group therapy modalities.
• Support and guide program staff through high-stress and crisis situations.
• Maintain program organization, tracking data and outcome measures efficiently.
• Utilize personal vehicle for regional program travel when required (IRS standard mileage reimbursement provided).
