About The Position

At Mountain Springs Recovery the Mental Health Clinical Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the quality of clinical services provided within mental health programs. This position is responsible for guiding and supporting a team of mental health professionals to ensure effective, ethical, and evidence-based care is delivered to clients. The supervisor will develop and implement clinical policies, provide ongoing training, and facilitate professional development to maintain high standards of practice. Additionally, the role involves monitoring clinical outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Ultimately, the Mental Health Clinical Supervisor contributes to improving client well-being and advancing the overall effectiveness of mental health services.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
  • Current and valid licensure in the state of Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Current and valid licensure in the state of Colorado Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and mental health regulations.
  • The Mental Health Clinical Supervisor utilizes strong clinical expertise and leadership skills daily to guide and support clinicians in delivering high-quality care.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential for providing constructive feedback, facilitating team collaboration, and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills are applied to review clinical documentation, assess treatment outcomes, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex clinical issues is critical in maintaining a safe and effective treatment environment.
  • Proficiency with technology, such as electronic health records, supports efficient documentation and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities
