About The Position

The Patient Care Clinical Supervisor has the primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations of department, including planning, coordinating and supervising the activities of the nursing / technical and reception staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care; provides leadership and serves as a resource for staff and physicians in the department.

Requirements

• All Clinical Supervisors will be required to train on the company’s Athrna and EHR systems.
• Once training is complete, a proficiency examination will be given.
• All Clinical Supervisor/Managers are required to pass these examinations with a demonstrated proficiency score of 90% or greater.
• All newly hired supervisor/managers will have no more than (2) opportunities to attain this proficiency within their initial training period.
