About The Position
Keystone Retreat is under new ownership/management and is not affiliated with the previous company or prior operations that resided at this location. We are seeking an independent licensed clinician who is passionate about supporting recovery, developing clinical teams, and helping provide high-quality, client-centered care. This role works closely with the Clinical Director to support clinical supervision, documentation review, treatment planning, team development, and overall clinical operations.
Requirements
- Active independent Pennsylvania clinical license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD
- Master’s degree or higher in a related behavioral health field
- Minimum of two years of post-master’s clinical experience
Nice To Haves
- Clinical supervision experience
- DDAP-approved clinical supervision training preferred, or willingness to obtain
