In this role, you will manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20 attended client sessions per week while providing weekly supervision to a maximum of four (4) supervisees. You will support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if needed. You will also review and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitated, and approve biweekly clinical hours recorded by the therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submitted. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate. Participate in CEU and Didactic training program to facilitate growth and mastery of skill set in an identified area of specialty. Participate in supplemental services and program development opportunities in the clinic, including but not limited to group therapy, blog writing, additional training opportunities. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, physician assistants, social workers, professional counselors, and other mental health professionals. Manage and organize individual schedule utilizing electronic scheduler provided. Attend and participate in individual/group supervision and all required department meetings. Participate in internal and external marketing and networking meetings. Complete required onboarding trainings and other additional trainings that are deemed necessary for new hires.
