About The Position

Join The Oregon Clinic as a full-time Clinical Supervisor (RN/LPN/CMA) in our Pulmonary, Critical Care & Sleep Medicine West Clinic located in Southwest Beaverton. This role is phone-based and focuses on providing superior leadership, ensuring successful department operations, and supporting the Quality Improvement process. You will act as a liaison between patients, nursing staff, physicians, and other clinical staff, while also performing general nursing duties and administrative tasks. Requirements

Current Oregon state Licensure or Certification as an RN, LPN or CMA is required.
Minimum of two (2) years of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) EPIC experience is required.
Strong leadership and prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
Excellent attendance and work ethic.
Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
CPR/BLS within 60 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of two (2) years of previous medical leadership/supervisor experience is strongly preferred.
Specialty care experience is a plus!
Prior experience with pulmonary function testing (PFT), spirometry, medical injections, and in-clinic procedures.
ACLS may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

Acts as a working supervisor, providing superior leadership and excellent communication skills while demonstrating professional standards for staff to exemplify.
Ensures the successful operations of the department, using continuous improvement efforts and ensuring standard operating procedures are documented, current, and well communicated to staff.
Actively supports the Quality Improvement process in the clinic; advocate and coordinator for patient and staff safety.
Builds strong department accountability and works with the Manager/Director to create a nimble, safe, and respectful environment.
Follows established nursing care standards of practice and clinic policy while supervising medical assistants and nurses.
Coordinates patient care and functions as the primary liaison between patients, nursing staff, physicians, midlevel providers, and other clinical staff to provide excellent patient care.
Spends much of their time performing general nursing duties for their specialty.
Performing additional administrative and support tasks as assigned.
