Clinical Supervisor - Substance Use Treatment
About The Position
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor for its Detox and Residential facility in Fort Wayne, IN. Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers dedicated to providing evidence-based clinical curricula and highly individualized care. This role supports and assists the Clinical Director, manages the daily execution of the clinical program, oversees client engagement and morale, and ensures compliance with client documentation. The position also involves facilitating groups occasionally, maintaining a small client caseload, and providing Utilization Review support.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in related field preferred
- 3 years experience working with chemical dependency or dual diagnosed clients preferred
- Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role - LCAC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- Positive, warm, and dignified character which models recovery principles
Responsibilities
- Support and assist Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
- Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
- Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
- Facilitate group occasionally and maintain small client caseload
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
- Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
