About The Position

At TURN Behavioral Health Services, we’re hiring a Clinical Supervisor to guide and develop clinicians and interns across multiple programs, while maintaining a strong work-life balance and meaningful impact. Our mission is Improving Lives. TURN BHS embraces the tenets of client-centered care, and our core values People, Culture and Growth are at the forefront of everything we do. You will provide clinical supervision to BBS-registered staff and graduate interns, lead individual, group, and triadic supervision sessions, support clinicians with documentation, assessments, and treatment planning, deliver clinical consultation across multiple programs, and collaborate with leadership and academic partners to develop future clinicians. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to step into or expand leadership, enjoy mentoring and developing others, and are looking to reduce direct client caseload demands.
