About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor is primarily responsible for the oversight of mental health services and case management services to adults and older adults. This role involves supervising Mental Health Specialists and Substance Use Counselors who provide services to clients referred to Community Services Programs. The Clinical Supervisor may manage their own caseload in addition to overseeing their staff. They also act as a liaison with external agencies and collaborate with other clinical and support staff within a multidisciplinary team. The program utilizes a strength-based approach and supports clients with complex needs such as medication management, housing, vocational support, independent living, and mental health. Services are community-based, with all services delivered in the client's home or community setting.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a social science field.
• At least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health field.
• One (1) year in a leadership role.
• BBS Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist.
• Ability to provide Clinical Supervision per BBS regulations.
• A valid California Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
• A driving record that consistently meets the agency's eligibility policy.

Responsibilities
