About The Position
Behavioral Health Connections, Inc. is a provider of patient-focused, comprehensive mental health services. We offer mental health evaluations to children, adolescents, adults and older adults in crisis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week response, including all holidays. Our service model focuses on the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and disposition of your mental health patients. Based on the results of an assessment, we determine the most appropriate level of care and recommend treatment facilities. The tele-psychiatric assessment and consultation services we offer are designed to connect people with the care providers best equipped to address their mental health issues. Rapid response means that the patient will get to the most appropriate level of care faster and expedite their journey to wellness. Behavioral Health Connections (BHC) in Dunwoody, GA is seeking a dynamic and talented Clinical Lead for Weekends 12 hours day shifts. Referral Management Clinical Lead (RN,LMSW) has the responsibility of supervising and providing assistance to the Clinical Director with clinical oversight of the Referral Management Clinicians and Nurses.
Requirements
- BSN Nursing or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health or related field.
- Current State License as Registered Nurse ("RN"), Licensed Professional Counselor (“LPC”), Licensed Master Social Worker (“LMSW”), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (“LMFT”).
- Current CPR, Vaccines, if required by a customer hospital.
- Current Drivers License
- 1-3 year similar work experience, leadership experience.
Nice To Haves
- Completion of appropriate internship, including the provision of individual, group or family therapy/counseling.
- Mobile assessment experience preferred
- 3-5 year work experience
Responsibilities
- Support with review of clinical assessment/referral documentation.
- New hire orientation, and training of Clinicians and Nurses in workflow processes and procedures.
- Help with team scheduling, filling in for call offs as appropriate, and daily reports.
- Daily communication with referral sources regarding patient case status
