The Clinical Supervisor will hire, coach, and develop clinicians while driving productivity, documentation quality, and overall site performance, ensuring every service reflects evidence-based, person-centered care. This position sits at the center of clinical excellence and operational execution, solving real problems, elevating standards, and building a strong, engaged team while partnering closely with other members of leadership to continuously improve outcomes. The role requires decisive leadership, critical thinking, and the delivery of results that matter for both the team and the clients served.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and/or specialized training preferred in a rehabilitation or related field
  • Active licensure or certification in a relevant clinical discipline required
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical rehabilitation experience required
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with neurological conditions preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop clinical staff while maintaining accountability for performance and outcomes
  • Strong clinical judgment with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency with documentation systems and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Possess a valid State Driver’s License or access to reliable transportation
  • Certification in the employer's Training Curriculum including AED, CPR, and First Aid (provided after hire)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the clinical team by providing day-to-day direction, coaching, performance management, and professional development to ensure high standards of care and accountability.
  • Oversee daily clinic operations including schedules, caseloads, and workflow to ensure efficient, consistent service delivery aligned with client needs and business priorities.
  • Ensure clinical quality and compliance by monitoring documentation, treatment planning, and service delivery for accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory, payer, and accreditation standards.
  • Drive team performance and productivity by analyzing data, identifying gaps, and making real time adjustments to meet operational and clinical goals.
  • Foster a strong, collaborative culture that promotes engagement, communication, and retention while maintaining clear expectations and accountability.
  • Partner in hiring and onboarding by participating in recruitment, interviews, and training to build and sustain a high performing team.
  • Address and resolve concerns from clients, families, and stakeholders in a timely, professional, and solution-focused manner.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by contributing to process enhancements, quality initiatives, and broader organizational goals.
