Requirements

  • Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare Criminal Background Check.
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
  • Current, unrestricted LPC or LMSW State of Idaho license.
  • Minimum 3 years clinical work experience with at least 2 years administrative and supervisory experience.
  • Experience working with underserved populations; knowledge, commitment and sensitivity to the special needs of homeless people and substance users.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess better than average computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 1-year assessment and counseling experience working within an integrated medical /behavioral health care setting.
  • Minimum 1-year experience working with a permanent supportive housing (PSH) program.
  • Minimum five or more years clinical work experience with at least 3 years administrative and supervisory experience in a mental health setting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clinical and administrative supervision of staff assigned to the housing program to ensure effectiveness and consistency of therapeutic procedures, administrative procedures and adherence to corporate policies.
  • Supports and facilitates positive and functional relationships with all appropriate community partners.
