OUR VALUES HOPE values: Humility, Ownership, Perseverance, Engagement Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision of both Bachelors and Masters level staff in Crisis Mobile Outreach (CMO) according to clinical standards of best practice. The Clinical Supervisor discusses each participant in the program, ensuring that all staff receive the necessary support, guidance, and understanding of the clinical aspects of the program services, and plans, organizes, coordinates, monitors and evaluates the services provided.

Requirements

  • Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency.
  • Requires knowledge of an advanced type.
  • A Master's degree or higher is required.
  • At least 2 years' experience.
  • Experience working with families facing issues related to child abuse, neglect and mental health is essential.
  • Possess a valid Hawaii State License in good standing.
  • Over one year of administration and/or supervisory experience.
  • Valid Hawaii driver's license.
  • Clear driver's abstract.
  • Willingness to travel in a personal vehicle on an as-needed basis throughout the island.
  • Use of personal vehicle to transport participants, as needed.
  • Verification of licensure/certification will be required at time of appointment/hire.
  • Continued employment is contingent on maintaining licensure/certification.
  • Subject to a criminal background investigation.
  • Continued employment is contingent on a record clear of convictions.
  • Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPR, CPI and/or van driving training as such training is necessary to ensure ability/continued ability to perform essential functions of this job.
  • Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of CPI classes OR other Behavioral Management certification as may be contract mandated.
  • Continued employment in this position is contingent on successful completion of First Aid classes.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong preference for candidate with experience and extensive knowledge of the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD).
  • An ideal candidate has experience working with families within the CAMHD system and understands the barriers and challenges these families encounter while engaging in and receiving services from CAMHD system providers.

Responsibilities
