About The Position

Saint Joseph Health System is a not-for-profit, multi-hospital health system located in North Central Indiana. Our system includes: 254-bed acute-care hospital at the Mishawaka Medical Center 58-bed acute-care hospital at the Plymouth Medical Center More than 85 providers in the Saint Joseph Physician Network. The Clinical Supervisor RN reports to the Director of the respective site within SJ Physician Network. In collaboration with the Practice Manager, is responsible for the effective coordination of all daily clinical operational support functions of the assigned facility and performs duties necessary to maintain a smooth functioning and efficient physician office. Will respond to daily clinical and operational issues when the Practice Manager is absent or unavailable.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing required.
• Indiana Registered Nurse License (RN-IN).
• A minimum of three years of related healthcare experience, or educational equivalency, where proficiency with coding systems - - such as ICD-9-CD, CPT-4 (HCPCS) - - was attained, is required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Advanced clinical or business education is preferred.
