Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be CPR certified within three months or less from the date of hire in the practice.

Nice To Haves
- Five years experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Other healthcare experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in supervisory role is preferred.
- Documentation of certification from an accredited medical assistant training program is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Training and supervising clinical staff including Medical Assistants, Medical Office Specialist and float team members.
- Ordering all supplies and staying within budgetary guidelines on expenses.
- Ensuring coverage of the office at all times including creating the schedule, handling request for time off and filling in when necessary.
- Ensuring payroll is accurate.
- Working closely with Practice Manager on workflows and audits.
- Attending meetings with physicians, leadership and management.
