About The Position

Puzzle Pieces is a multidisciplinary pediatric practice serving children and families throughout the South Shore and Greater Boston area. Since 2013, we have provided relationship-based, neurodiversity-affirming services through mental health counseling, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, feeding therapy, parent coaching, and consultation. Today, we support hundreds of children and families each week through a collaborative, strengths-based model that values relationships, development, and individualized care. As an accredited DIRFloortime® provider, we are committed to helping children thrive through connection, understanding, and meaningful relationships. This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical quality, mentor staff, and contribute to the direction of the practice while maintaining a schedule that supports life outside of work. We are open to creating a consistent schedule between 30 and 40 hours per week based on the right candidate's interests, availability, and professional goals.
