As the Clinical Supervisor of CT & Nuclear Medicine, you will provide leadership and oversight for clinical operations, staff development, quality initiatives, patient safety, and departmental performance. Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology, Nuclear Medicine Technology, Ultrasound, or related healthcare imaging program.
ARRT RT(R)(CT), ARRT RT(N), or NMTCB (CNMT)
Current BLS Certification
Experience in CT, Nuclear Medicine, or advanced imaging services.
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare operations, process improvement, staffing, and quality management.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare information systems.
Experience with imaging workflow and department operations.

Nice To Haves

Additional leadership, management, or healthcare administration education is a plus.
Advanced modality certifications
Previous supervisory or leadership training
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of CT and Nuclear Medicine, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, performance management, coaching, and team development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and patient safety standards.
Monitor department productivity, quality metrics, workflow, and financial performance.
Manage departmental resources, budgeting, equipment needs, and documentation accuracy.
Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and hospital leadership to drive operational excellence and service growth.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and organizational committees.
