About The Position

The Clinical Supervisor position works collaboratively with the program director and is responsible for ensuring quality service and high professional standards. This role involves demonstrating advanced clinical practice, providing clinical supervision and case consultation, developing a continuous learning environment, disseminating evidence-based practices, developing self and employees for success and high performance, and leading quality performance initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health or related specialty
• Licensed or under supervision for license
• 3-5 years clinical experience
• Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record
• Must use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office
• A clinical family systems orientation
• Must demonstrate ability to work with diverse populations with multiplicity of problems
• Must have experience with children, adolescents and family therapies and orientation

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory and program management experience is desirable
