Come join the Helping Hands Team as a Clinical Supervisor for our clinic! This role involves providing clinical oversight and case guidance for all clinicians within the assigned clinic. You will maintain a caseload of clients, conducting assessments, developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and updating treatment plans based on client progress and needs. A key part of this role is ensuring effective therapy delivery by reviewing all client treatment plans and monitoring clinical documentation and data collection across teams for effectiveness, timeliness, and consistency. You will also oversee the productivity/utilization and performance of all BCBAs within the clinic, providing strategic recommendations for case management and collaborating with the Office Manager on scheduling and productivity. Direct leadership and support will be provided to BCBAs and Lead BCBAs, fostering a collaborative and accountable clinical culture. This position reports operationally to the Operations Manager, with a dotted-line clinical reporting relationship to the Regional Director of Quality Assurance or Senior Clinic Director. You will also review all treatment recommendations and lead discussions with parents/caregivers. Additionally, you will conduct regular treatment integrity checks, collaborate with clinical leadership to align practices with HHF clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and ensure compliance with ethical standards. Team development includes providing mentorship, modeling, and competency assessments for Fellows, LBS, and BCBAs, and participating in clinical team meetings and training initiatives. Family collaboration involves offering guidance and training on treatment progress and home programming strategies, and responding to inquiries with empathy. Accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records, reports, and session documentation are essential.
