About The Position

Responsible for overall supervision and operations of the designated physician office(s). Works with management and physicians in a collaborative manner, assuring all policies, procedures and programs are compatible with goals and objectives of line of business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Certification as an athletic trainer by the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification required.
• Licensure or eligible for licensure by the Indiana Professional Licensing Board required.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Must have 3-5 years experience as certified athletic trainer.
• Must have solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of clinical operations, service excellence, clinical quality and education initiatives.
• Must be familiar with computers.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience in physician office or supervisory experience preferred.
• Electronic medical record experience preferred.
• Staff scheduling experience preferred.
