The Clinical Supervisor (Adoption Support and Preservation) provides clinical leadership and oversight for services supporting adoptive and subsidized guardianship families experiencing challenges that may impact family stability and permanency. This position oversees the authorization and management of services delivered by internal clinical service providers and supports the ongoing clinical development of community-based clinical program staff. The Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, family-centered services designed to strengthen relationships, promote healing, and reduce the risk of out-of-home placement. Services may include individual and family therapy, caregiver education and support, advocacy, support groups, assistance with basic needs, and connections to community resources. Services are rooted in trauma-informed practices, including Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles. This role also helps ensure ongoing referral sources and develops and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support program goals and the needs of children and families.
