Clinical Supervisor – Adolescent Co-Occurring Programs

We are currently seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support our adolescent co-occurring programs in Paoli. This is an opportunity for an experienced clinician to provide clinical leadership, support a team of therapists, and help ensure the delivery of effective, individualized care.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Strong communication, organization, clinical documentation, and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience working with adolescents preferred.
- Experience treating mental health, substance use, and/or co-occurring disorders preferred.
- Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience preferred.
- Evening availability as needed is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists providing treatment to adolescents with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring concerns.
- Evaluate clients to determine appropriate levels of care and support accurate clinical assessment and diagnosis.
- Assist therapists with developing comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
- Facilitate treatment team meetings and participate in case consultations.
- Provide individual and group supervision to therapists and other assigned clinical staff.
- Maintain a clinical caseload as needed to support program operations.
- Support the Program Director with the development and implementation of clinical programming and services.
- Conduct chart audits and ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide clinical guidance and support during crisis situations while maintaining a safe, therapeutic environment.
- Collaborate with program leadership and multidisciplinary team members to support continuity and quality of care.
- Help ensure the clinical program operates effectively and meets licensing, regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and other program activities as required.
- Provide evening coverage as needed when program needs require it. Evening availability is preferred but is not a required part of the regular schedule.
