About The Position

Consolidated Employer Services is seeking a compassionate and driven Clinical Therapist for one of our clients to provide high-quality clinical services to adults diagnosed with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. This position offers daytime hours with some evening availability as needed and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in clients' lives. The Clinical Therapist delivers comprehensive therapeutic services in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. The role includes direct clinical care, documentation, care coordination, and participation in program development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services including diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, case management, and crisis intervention
• Develop and complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, crisis and safety plans, progress notes, and discharge/transition plans accurately and on time
• Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with quality improvement and billing standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to coordinate client care
• Educate clients on available community resources and make appropriate referrals
• Support program development and planning as assigned
